VISA INFORMATION

VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES

All international exhibitors and trade visitors attending Asia Pacific Coatings Show 2026 are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa to enter Indonesia and attend the event.

EXHIBITORS

International exhibitors are required to obtain a C11 Business Visa. Please note that a standard tourist visa is not valid for exhibiting at the event. Indonesian authorities may conduct compliance checks during the exhibition, and exhibitors found to be using an incorrect visa may be subject to penalties.

Please note that a Visa Invitation Letter is issued solely to support your visa application and does not guarantee visa approval.

VISITORS

International trade visitors are advised to ensure they obtain the appropriate visa before travelling to Indonesia. If you are attending the event as a buyer and engaging in business-related activities, you should apply for a C2 Visa.

Please note that the organizer does not provide Visa Invitation Letters for visitors.

The organizer is not responsible for obtaining visas on behalf of exhibitors, speakers, or visitors travelling to Indonesia. It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure they hold the correct visa for their participation. The organizer accepts no liability for entry refusal or any consequences arising from travel with an incorrect visa.
